Can I use my email during the warm up?

Yes, you can use your email during the warm-up.

However, it is important to note that you should not exceed the daily sending limits set by your email provider. Each email provider has different limits, so be sure to check with your provider to find out what your limit is. Check here: How many emails can I send daily with my provider?

For example:

If you have a Free Gmail account with a limit of 500 emails per day and you send 250 cold emails daily, then you should not send more than 250 emails in Warmy. Otherwise, you will exceed your daily sending limit.

Warm-Up Recommendations: Building a Strong Foundation

For new domains, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after connecting to Warmy before starting to send emails. This initial period is crucial to build trust with email providers and establish a solid reputation for your domain.

For older domains, this waiting period helps to address and fix any deliverability issues, ensuring your emails are received successfully. By gradually increasing email-sending activity after this warm-up period, you minimize the risk of being flagged as spam and enhance long-term deliverability.

Additional tips:

  • You can use a tool like Google Analytics to track your email-sending metrics, such as your open rate, click-through rate, and bounce rate. This information can help you to identify any areas where you may need to improve your email campaigns.
  • If you are new to email warm-up, it is important to start slowly. You can gradually increase the number of emails that you send each day until you reach your desired sending volume.
  • Be patient. Email warm-up can take some time, but it is worth it in the long run. By warming up your email, you will improve your email deliverability and reach more people with your cold emails.
