How to Change Credit Card Information on Warmy
At Warmy, we prioritize the security of your payment information. We do not store credit card details in our system. If you're looking to update your credit card information for your Warmy subscription, here's a simple guide:

You can update your payment card directly through the Stripe Customer Portal without needing to contact support. This makes managing your billing faster and more convenient, giving you full control over your payment methods at any time.
1. Go to Your Workspace
Log in to your account and navigate to your Workspace, and click on Settings

2. Access Subscriptions
Under your Workspace, go to Subscriptions and click on View invoices.

3.Enter Your Email
You’ll be redirected to a secure portal where you’ll need to enter the email address you used for payment.

4.Check Your Email
A link to download your invoices will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link to access and download your invoice.

Great! You have done it. Now you can update the payment details.
- Go again to Workspace Settings

- Open Subscriptions >> Click "View Invoices"

- Log in to the Stripe Customer Portal

- Update the payment card — done ✅

If you are not able to update your payment details directly, don't worry, there are a few ways we can help you get this sorted. Let's walk through your options.
Option One, Full Resubscription.
The first option is to do a full resubscription with your new payment method. Here's how that works, step by step.
Step 1: Access your Warmy account. Log in using your credentials, and once you're in, navigate to See Plans.
Step 2: Create a new subscription. Purchase a new plan using your updated credit card details. This effectively resubscribes you with the new payment method.
Step 3: Contact our support team. After creating the new subscription, reach out to our support team and let us know. We'll then cancel your previous subscription to make sure you're not billed twice. Our team is here to assist you throughout the entire process.
Option Two, Request a Payment Update Link.
The second option is even simpler. Just contact us directly, and we'll send you a secure link to update your payment details on your existing subscription, without needing to create a new one.
