How to configure Zoho? 

Learn how to configure your Zoho account for Warmy. This step-by-step guide will help you complete the required settings and connect your mailbox successfully.

Before you can use your Zoho mailbox with an external email client, you need to enable the IMAP protocol. Follow these steps:

Log in to your Zoho mail account.

In the top‑right corner, click the gear icon to open the Settings menu.

In the vertical sidebar on the left, locate and click the Mail accounts section. Then, select the mailbox you want to connect, find the IMAP tab, and grant access by checking all 3 checkboxes, as shown in the image below.

In addition to enabling IMAP, make sure to also activate Auto-Expunge Emails and Include Archived Emails, as shown in the screenshot. This step is very important to prevent your mailbox from getting clogged with old or archived emails. 

Next, you will need to generate an application password to connect your mailbox to Warmy. To do this, start by clicking on your profile icon.

Then, click on My Account.

From the left sidebar, click Security, then select App Passwords. Next, click Generate New Password.

A pop-up window will appear. Enter a name for your app password, then click the Generate button.

That's it! Your app password has been created. In the pop-up window, you'll see the newly generated app password under the Application-Specific Password section. In this example, the app password is scsJ wR6U h9u7. Copy the password and store it in a secure place, as you may not be able to view it again later. Once you've saved it, you can close the pop-up window.

Now, go to your Warmy dashboard. From the left sidebar, click Mailboxes, then select Zoho and click Connect. Make sure you have your app password ready, as you'll need it during the setup process.
