How to Switch or Replace Mailboxes

Step-by-step guide to updating your connected mailboxes easily 

If you need to replace an existing mailbox in your Warmy account with a different one, the process is simple. Below is a step-by-step guide.

Warmy does not support direct “switch” or “replace” actions. To replace a mailbox, you must first disconnect the one you no longer need to free up a connection slot. Then you can connect the new mailbox.

Mailbox replacement cannot be done in bulk from your side. However, our support team can help with bulk disconnection if needed.


1️⃣ Step 1: Disconnect the Mailbox You Want to Replace

  1. Go to the Mailboxes tab in your Warmy dashboard.

  2. Select the mailbox you want to remove.

  3. Click Settings > Want to disconnect your mailbox?

  4. Confirm the action.

2️⃣ Step 2: Connect the New Mailbox

  1. Click the + Add Mailbox button.

  2. Select your mailbox provider (Google, Outlook, SMTP, etc.).

  3. Follow the on-screen connection instructions.

  4. Complete authentication.

After successful connection, your new mailbox will appear in the Mailboxes tab and warm-up will begin automatically after some delay.
