How to Use Only Your Own Templates for the warm up
By default, Warmy uses a mix of our own professionally crafted templates and your custom content to optimize your deliverability. However, if you prefer to build your reputation using your own templates exclusively, you can now enable this at either the Mailbox or Workspace level.

How to Enable "Use Only Own Templates"
You can find this setting under the Warmup Preferences block in your settings.
Option 1: For a Specific Mailbox

Navigate to Mailboxes and select the specific mailbox.

Scroll down to the Warmup Preferences section.

Toggle on "Use only my own templates for warm-up"

Click Save.


Option 2: For the Entire Workspace

Go to Workspace Settings.

Find the Warmup Preferences block.

Enable "Use only my own templates for warm-up" to apply this rule to all mailboxes within the workspace.

⚠️ Important: Avoid Sending Gaps
If you enable this feature, you must have active templates uploaded to your mailbox. > Warning: If "Use only own templates" is enabled but no templates are found in your library, your mailbox will stop sending warm-up emails. To ensure your warm-up stays active:

Double-check that you have at least 3–5 active templates.

Monitor your dashboard for any "Missing Template" notifications
