✅ SPF: Supported

✅ DKIM: Supported

To improve deliverability, please follow the instructions below to set up SPF and DKIM for your domain.

1. Log in to your  **MailerLite** account and navigate to **Account Settings.**
2. Go to the "**Domains**" section.
3. Click the “Resolve” button next to the domain you want to authenticate and select.

![](https://support.warmy.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-30-2424-PM.png?width=670&height=296&name=undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-30-2424-PM.png)

Once clicked, you'll be provided with your SPF and DKIM records also with a verification TXT record.

### **MailerLite** **– DKIM Record Configuration**

To set up DKIM, copy the provided DKIM record and publish it as a CNAME record in your domain's DNS zone.
![](https://support.warmy.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-25-9074-PM.png?width=670&height=248&name=undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-25-9074-PM.png)

The record should look like the one below: DNS Cloudflare.
![](https://support.warmy.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-28-1825-PM.png?width=670&height=131&name=undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-28-1825-PM.png)

### **MailerLite – SPF Record Configuration**

If you already have an existing SPF record ,  MailerLite  will merge its SPF entry **“include:\_spf.mlsend.com”** into your existing record and will provide you with the ready to publish record.

**Important Note:** Each domain/ subdomain must have only one SPF record on the DNS zone. If you already have an existing record, make sure to update it with the one that MailerLite provides you.

Actually adding this entry into the root domain’s SPF record is useless as we are going to do the real SPF configuration on a subdomain level (Setup Custom Domain) in the end of the article, however MailerLite require to have it also in the root domain’s SPF to authenticate the domain.

The third record is the verification TXT record, which you need to publish as well.

If everything is added properly, you will be able to see a checkmark under the **Status** part as in the screenshot below:

### **Setup Custom Domains**

Beyond authentication, you'll also need to configure SPF alignment to ensure your emails pass SPF checks. Note that MailerLite only supports SPF alignment at the subdomain level.

**To set up SPF alignment:**

1. Under **Domain Alignment**, click **Add custom domain**

3\. Click **Check DNS records**

4\. In your DNS zone, create the MX, A, and TXT SPF records - all published on the subdomain (e.g., mail.laglasswork.com)

![](https://support.warmy.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-27-5871-PM.png?width=670&height=486&name=undefined-Jun-01-2026-12-27-27-5871-PM.png)

**Note:** Use either hardfail (-all) or softfail (~all) in your SPF record. Avoid +all or ?all.

![](https://support.warmy.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-02-2026-08-02-47-8463-AM.png?width=621&height=89&name=undefined-Jun-02-2026-08-02-47-8463-AM.png)

After publishing the records, return to MailerLite and click **Check DNS Records**. Toggle the subdomain on to enable it.
     ![](https://support.warmy.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-02-2026-08-02-48-3181-AM.png?width=670&height=210&name=undefined-Jun-02-2026-08-02-48-3181-AM.png)

Your MailerLite outgoing mail is now authenticated with both SPF and DKIM.
