Add your template to the warm-up process
🔥 Increase the Deliverability of Your Email Template
Use the Template Warm-Up feature to boost the deliverability of your email templates. When you send a template as part of your warm-up process, it’s delivered to our network, opened, and marked as important, removed from spam/promo — helping build a positive sender reputation and increasing your chances of landing in the inbox.
How It Works
Your templates will be included in approximately 30% of your warm-up emails. These messages will be automatically opened, marked as important, and retrieved from spam/promo to improve their reputation with major providers.
✅ Before You Start
- Make sure to review your template before sending it to prospects — just paste it in, and we’ll run a check for you.
- All templates require approval before use. We typically review and approve templates within 1 business day. The warm-up process will start automatically after approval.
Be sure to select one or more mailboxes before saving your template. If no mailbox is selected, it won’t be included in the warm-up process.

-

📂 Managing Your Templates
If you’re working with multiple templates, you can now manage them more efficiently using updated filters, assignment options, and a clear tracking structure.
Search & Filters
Templates can be sorted and filtered by mailbox, domain, group, type (HTML or Text), name, or subject line. The search bar helps quickly locate specific templates based on name or subject.
Templates no longer require a name. If the name field is left blank during creation, the system will automatically assign the creation date as the name, making it easier to track and identify newly added templates.
Where Templates Can Be Assigned
Templates can now be assigned not only to individual mailboxes but also at the domain and group levels. This gives full flexibility in how warm-up content is applied across your setup.
-
Mailbox level: Assign a specific template to just one mailbox.
-
Domain level: Assign a template to all mailboxes under a single domain. This helps ensure a consistent warm-up strategy across that entire domain.
-
Group level: If mailboxes are organized into groups (for example, by team or purpose), templates can be applied to all mailboxes in that group at once.
This flexibility significantly reduces setup time — there’s no longer a need to manually assign the same template to each mailbox. Templates assigned at the domain or group level are automatically inherited by all mailboxes within them.
Tracking Assignments
Each template displays an “Assigned to” column showing where it’s currently applied — whether to a domain, group, or specific mailboxes. Clicking on the assignment opens a full list of where that template is used, helping keep everything organized.
Managing Templates
Templates can be updated, reassigned, or removed at any time:
-
To change a domain- or group-level assignment, go to the respective Domain or Group pages.
-
To remove or edit a mailbox-level assignment, use the Templates page directly.
-
Templates can be removed or reassigned in bulk, which is especially useful when managing large email programs.
🔥With the new Spintax feature, you can easily create templates that generate dynamic variations in no time!
Many users rely on Spintax for their email campaigns, but they currently can’t warm up templates that include Spintax. This restriction limits their ability to seamlessly integrate Spintax and dynamic snippets within a single template, reducing the efficiency of the warm-up process.
By introducing this feature, users can make their workflow smoother, reducing the need for multiple templates and increasing efficiency. Plus, this upgrade helps tidy up the system by minimizing unnecessary templates, making the experience more seamless and adding extra value to the product!
Spintax is a technique for dynamically replacing words and phrases in an email to create multiple variations.
For example, if your email starts with “Hi,” Spintax lets you swap it out for options like “Hey” or “Hello,” adding variety and making your messages feel more natural!
Spintax is used to prevent emails from being flagged as spam by introducing variation in content. Sending identical emails repeatedly can appear unnatural and trigger spam filters. By rotating words and phrases, Spintax helps ensure emails look more organic and improve deliverability.
What benefits will Warmy users gain in using Spintax?
- Enhance User Efficiency: Enable seamless integration of Spintax and snippets, streamlining template management and optimizing the email warm-up process.
- Reduce Template Redundancy: Reduce unnecessary templates, streamlining template management for better organization and efficiency.
