Warmy's tests help you find out the deliverability of your emails
Deliverability Test
With a click of a button, we send a personalized message to various mailboxes outside the warm-up network on your behalf.
In your mailbox dashboard, at the bottom of the page, you can find the Email Deliverability Test section.
Provider Selection
You can choose to run tests with specific providers:
-
B2C Providers: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho
-
B2B Providers: G Suite, MS 365, Zoho Pro, SMTP
Depending on your needs, you can select individual providers or opt for all B2B, all B2C, or a combination.
It's crucial to run deliverability tests with the specific providers you frequently send emails to. Different email providers have unique filtering systems and criteria for determining which emails reach the inbox. By testing with the providers that are most relevant to your audience, you can identify and address potential deliverability issues specific to those platforms, ensuring your emails effectively reach your intended recipients.
Deliverability Score (ISP score)
You can see the score based on your last test. The higher the score, the more likely your emails will be delivered to the inbox.
Credits
Each subscription includes at least one available test per month, depending on the plan. Credits for all of your mailboxes are shared.
Auto-Test Once a Week
You can enable an Auto-Test that will be sent automatically every week on Thursday. This way, you will always be aware of your deliverability.
Understanding the Results
We will show you where the emails landed in three different statuses for each provider:
-
Inbox: Your message landed in the inbox; everything is okay.
-
Spam: The message landed in the spam folder.
-
Unreceived: There was a problem with sending the email or detecting the results.
- Promotions: Your message landed in the inbox as well, we just specify the folder, and everything is okay.
When reviewing your test results, focus first on the providers most relevant to your outreach. For instance, if you're primarily sending to B2C, the reputation with B2B providers may be less critical, and vice versa. Keep this in mind, as results take time and can vary between providers—some improve faster, others slower. Focusing on the providers that matter most to you will help guide your decisions on when to start campaigns, etc.
More
To see more detailed results, you can go to Detailed Information. At the very bottom, you can see the list of previous tests.
Blacklists (full report)
You can find out if the IP from which you send emails is on blacklists.
Do not panic if you see any of the marked blacklists, maybe you just use a shared server (Gmail or Outlook for example), or your domain is very young. These servers may be used by hundreds of other users and some of them may have ruined the reputation of this server. In this case, you shouldn't do anything, usually, it does not affect the deliverability much and you may be listed only for a while.
