Warmy Workspaces
Managing your team and access in Warmy
In every Warmy account, the Workspaces tab helps you organize your team and manage access efficiently.
With a workspace, you can:
-
Add other users by sending an email invite.
-
Invite flow:
-
If the invited user is already registered – they simply log in.
-
If the invited user is new – they sign up first.
-
-
-
Once accepted, the user becomes a member of the workspace and can manage the account, view stats, and use most features (with a few exceptions).
-
Create multiple workspaces and invite different people to each.

Roles in a Workspace 👥
-
Owner:
-
Only one owner per workspace.
-
Can manage subscriptions and plans in the See Plans tab.
-
Has access to the Members tab to suspend users.
-
Cannot be replaced by another user.
-
-
Members:
-
Can manage the workspace and perform most actions.
-
Do not have access to See Plans or workspace member management.
-
User Limits & Creation ⚡
-
A user can:
-
Be a member of unlimited workspaces.
-
Create up to 50 workspaces as an owner.
-
-
Workspace creation:
-
To create a new workspace, the user provides only a name – the workspace is created immediately.
-
If a user has no active workspaces (e.g., removed from all):
-
The system automatically creates a new workspace with a default name.
-
The user becomes the owner of that workspace.
-
-
-
Users can switch between multiple workspaces they have access to.
Subscriptions 💳
-
Subscriptions are now independent per workspace:
-
Each workspace has its own subscription and billing.
-
Workspaces do not share subscription states or billing.
-
How to Add a New Member ✉️
-
Go to the Workspaces tab.

-
Click “Invite User.”
-
Enter the email of the person you want to invite.
-
The user will receive an invitation and, once accepted, joins the workspace.
Workspaces make team management in Warmy simple, flexible, and fully controlled by the workspace owner.
