      The Domains feature provides a streamlined way to monitor and manage all your connected domains’ performance and health in one place. It gives you quick access to essential metrics, allowing you to identify issues and track improvements effortlessly.

       

      What Does the Domains Feature Do?

      The Domains page offers an intuitive table with critical deliverability metrics for all your connected domains. This allows you to:

      • Quickly assess domain health at a glance.

      • Identify and resolve issues proactively.

      • Access detailed domain-specific dashboards with one click.

      Key Features of the Domains Page

      Essential Metrics at a Glance
      The table displays the following metrics:

      • Domain Name: The name of each connected domain.

      • Health Score: A quick numerical summary (0-100) of the domain’s overall health.

      • Google Postmaster Status: Indicates whether the domain is connected to Google Postmaster.

      • DNS Records: Displays the status as Valid, Invalid, or Missing for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and others.

      • Deliverability: The percentage of emails successfully delivered.

      • Inbox Rate: The percentage of emails landing in recipients' inboxes.

      • Mailboxes: The total number of mailboxes connected under each domain.


      1. CSV Export

        • Easily download all connected domains’ data as a CSV file for further analysis or sharing with your team.

        • The Export to CSV option is conveniently located at the top of the page.

      2. Search Functionality

        • Quickly locate specific domains using the search bar at the top of the table.

      3. Domain-Specific Dashboards

        • Clicking on a domain takes you to a detailed dashboard for that domain, where you can dive deeper into insights and troubleshoot issues.

      4. Responsive Design

        • The table adjusts seamlessly to display the metrics in a user-friendly format, no matter the number of domains connected or the device used.
