Connecting Mailgun to Warmy

Step 1: Start the Setup in Warmy

• Navigate to your dashboard and click "Add Mailbox" on the left menu.
• Select "Mailgun" from the provided list of connections.

Step 2: Generate SMTP Credentials in Mailgun

• Open Mailgun, go to the "Send" tab, and select "Domain Settings".
• Click "Add new SMTP user".
• Set up a unique login for your new SMTP user and click "Create".
• Copy your newly generated SMTP password and close the modal.

Step 3: Generate Mailgun Private Key

• Go to your Mailgun profile settings and select "API Security" to optimize your account protection.
• Click the button to add a new API key.
• Add a description for your key and finalize it by clicking "Create Key".
• Copy your generated API key to securely connect the integration.

Step 4: Configure Settings and Connect in Warmy

• Return to Warmy and enter your email address.
• Enter your private API key to authorize the secure integration.
• Choose your desired subscription plan from the dropdown menu.
• Under the SMTP section, enter your Mailgun username and input your copied SMTP password to complete the configuration.
• Ensure the Authentication method is set to "LOGIN", the Host is "smtp.mailgun.org", and the Port is "587" with SMTP SSL/TLS enabled.
• Turn off the IMAP toggle, since Mailgun does not provide an IMAP server for inbound mail.
• Click "Connect" to finalize the setup.

Step 5: Initialization

• Once connected, the mailbox dashboard will load and the warm-up process will begin automatically after a short delay.

Since Mailgun does not have an IMAP server, you can use another mailbox that can accept email, such as Gmail.

If you're using Google, enter imap.gmail.com in the IMAP host field. For other providers, you can find the correct IMAP host and port in your mailbox settings on your provider's website.
