You get a pool of Warmy EMS IPs to improve security, reduce setup complexity, and streamline infrastructure scalability
Managing Warmy’s IP Addresses for Mailbox Connections
To improve both security and user experience, we've introduced a new IP Management feature available directly in your account.
What’s New?
You now have access to a dedicated pool of 10 EMS IP addresses. These are the IPs from which your mailbox will connect through our Email Manager Services (EMS).
You can find your personal IP pool by navigating to the IP Management tab in your Warmy dashboard. From there, you can easily copy the IP list and use it when configuring your mail server or firewall rules.
Why This Matters
Previously, we provided a full list of all Warmy EMS IPs, which led to a few key issues. By narrowing the list to just your assigned pool of IPs, we:
-
Enhance the security of the platform.
-
Allow you to whitelist only the IPs you actually use.
-
Make it easier to expand and balance infrastructure behind the scenes without disrupting your setup.
Need More IPs?
If your configuration requires more than 10 IPs, feel free to reach out to our support team. We can evaluate your case and assign a larger pool if needed.
Note on the Connection Form
We’ve also added a new warning message on the mailbox connection form to remind you that only your assigned IPs should be allowed in your server’s configuration. This ensures proper connection and deliverability during warm-up.
