Managing domain data just got easier! Now, you can download all relevant mailbox details directly from the Domains tab. This feature eliminates the need to contact support and allows for a fully self-service experience, saving time and effort.

You can quickly access mailbox data for analysis, reporting, or compliance purposes. Previously, retrieving this information required a manual request, leading to some delays. Now, with a simple click, you can generate and download your data instantly.

⚙️ How does it work?

📌 Navigate to the Domains section in your account.
📌 Click on the icon to proceed — you'll be redirected to the Reports tab where you can generate a detailed report for a specific domain.
📌 The feature is continuously improved based on user feedback and needs.

🔍 What data is included?

When generating a report, you choose the domain or mailbox you want to analyze and then select which columns to include — such as Deliverability Rate, Health Score, DNS Records Status, Inbox Rate, and many more.

You can also choose to include either:

• Warm-up statistics, or
• Email Deliverability Test data

Once you click Generate Report, it will be created and added to the list in the Reports tab, where you can download it at any time.
