Track your email campaign deliverability in real-time by integrating the Warmy Placement Checker directly into your active campaigns. This guide explains how to generate checker credentials, configure extended tracking for up to 7 days, and monitor live deliverability results directly on the Warmy overview page. (Note: Yahoo and Custom SMTP are not supported)



Real-Time Campaign Deliverability Tracking

This feature allows you to monitor your campaign deliverability dynamically and in real-time. By integrating the Placement Checker directly into your active campaigns, you can bypass previous tracking time limits and make immediate adjustments to your email strategies.

Key Benefits

  • Extended Tracking: Monitor campaigns for up to 7 days, eliminating the old 90-minute tracking window.

  • Higher Volume Capacity: Test up to 50 emails per provider within a single placement checker.

  • Better Accuracy: Replaces reliance on standard warm-up seedlists, which lose accuracy over time.

Important Limitations

  • Unsupported Providers: This feature is not available for Yahoo or Custom SMTP configurations.

How to Set Up Real-Time Tracking

1. Configure the Placement Checker Navigate to the setup form to generate your tracking emails. You will need to define the following parameters:

  • Duration: Set how long the checker should run (Default is 1 day; Maximum is 7 days).

    State=Default, Mobile=Off

  • Number of Emails: Choose how many emails per provider to include in the test (Default is 10; Maximum is 50).

    State=Configure, Mobile=Off

  • Providers: Select the specific email providers you want to test against.

  • Tracking Type: Choose your preferred tracking method (Code or Reference).

2. Retrieve Your Checker Credentials Once you submit the configuration form, the system will generate a list of unique tracking emails and provide your checker credentials.

3. Integrate into Your Campaign Copy the generated list of tracking emails and add them directly to your campaign. Ensure these emails are mixed in naturally with your real prospects to guarantee accurate tracking data.

Viewing Your Results

All deliverability monitoring and statistics are centralized. To view the performance of your campaign in real-time, navigate to the Warmy Placement Test Overview page.

The dashboard will display:

  • The active status and duration of the Placement Checker.

  • The number of tested emails alongside their delivery statuses.

  • Tracking method, unique tokens, and sender emails.
