📣 Notification Hub: Stay Informed and in Control

The Notification Hub is a brand-new tab in your Warmy interface designed to help you stay fully updated on what matters most. With it, you can choose exactly which updates you want to receive and how you want to receive them: via email, Slack, SMS, or webhooks.

🚀 Why It Matters

Until now, notifications were limited to emails only. But that wasn’t enough, especially for clients managing multiple mailboxes or using Warmy at scale. The Notification Hub gives you full control:

  • Customize what alerts you get

  • Choose how you want to receive them

  • Avoid irrelevant updates

  • React faster to issues with mailboxes or domains

🔧 How to Use the Notification Hub

You can find the Notification Hub icon in the bottom left corner. From there, you can:

1. Choose Notification Channels

You can set where you want to get notifications:

  • Email — Default is your account email, but you can add more

  • SMS — Add a phone number
  • Slack — Connect via Slack (will be released soon)
  • Webhook — Add endpoints to get real-time updates for automation

Each notification type is tailored to the channel. For example, you won’t get long messages via SMS—we craft specific formats for each platform.

You can also turn each channel on or off at any time.

2. Select Events You Want to Track

Decide which notifications you care about. You can toggle notifications on/off for each of the following events:

  • Mailbox messages (e.g. warm-up activity)

  • Domain alerts (e.g. tracking issues or provider rejections)

  • Seedlist changes (e.g. updates or rotations)

  • Alert updates (will be released soon)

    • New alerts created

    • Alerts that started resolving

    • Failed resolutions (you might need to reach out to support)

    • Successful resolutions

More notification types will be added over time and turned on by default (you’ll be able to manage them too).
